The lecturer: Tzur Barak. Architect, designer, artist, and urban cultural entrepreneur. Developed the philosophy and practice for building entrepreneur   and cities to see in their  building both the cultural values and real estate values. His models shows how balanced development of both creates a rich cultural experience. Tzur is researching and developing the field both academically and practically through the Building Cultural Values venture. Tzur participates and lectures in many conferences.
